A project that began with an idea. An idea that may possibly, and will, change the future of redevelopment projects. The amalgamation of two societies into one, under the leadership of our esteemed leader Mr. Anand Modi needed. Such an eventful start needed to have an auspicious beginning of its journey. It was on the 21st of February in 2021 that marked the launch of ModiSpaces VOLGA.
We believe no ceremony is complete without the presence of our FOM and our AOM. Wondering who they are? Friends of Modispaces is the ever-growing customers who humble us with their gratitude over the course of our journey, and just like in this case, our friends consists of the members of Om Sadvichar and Om Sundaram – the two societies that decided to come together as one, under the trust and guidance Mr. Anand Modi. If our friends are our strength, then the ACES of Modispaces are our backbone. Yes, it’s our network of dealers and brokers who work with a goal, to ensure every home we build finds its true and rightful owner.
On the 21st of February, the unveiling ceremony kicked off with our esteemed guests MLA Mr. Sunil Rane and the Corporator of Borivali gracing us with their presence. Mr. Sunil Rane performed the curtain unveiling ceremony of our high-tech 3D elevation of the ModiSpaces VOLGA project. As he joined us in speaking about the future this particular project holds for the people, our family, residing here, the event was nothing short of futuristic and filled with hope – a hope for a better tomorrow.
Each word of wisdom, each speech given was a testimony of the co-operation and unity amongst everyone present to bring this project to life. Mr. Anand Modi further led the ceremony by handing over the sales agreement to the members of this newly formed society. But it was more symbolic of acknowledging the trust the people have in us.
While this project could be literally a closing of two chapters to begin a new one, we urged many more to be part of this journey by opening our doors to newer customers as our sales team setup special kiosks to handle new booking and sales queries. It is safe to say that this was the first, and one of the many projects that is close to our hearts. But rest assured, the unveiling ceremony of ModiSpaces VOLGA is an analogy of a key that will unlock many possibilities for many such projects in time to come.
